ABOUT THE PRODUCT
A stroopwafel is a Dutch confection. A thin round of dough is pressed on a hot iron, sliced through the middle while still warm, filled with caramel, and closed. The grid pattern on the surface comes from the press.
One dough, three caramels. The dough is the constant — the flavour lives in the caramel. Every stroopwafel is pressed fresh in our Tokyo kitchen, not baked in advance and stored. Dutch technique, Japanese ingredients.
Three flavours are available year-round: Coffee Caramel, Yuzu Miso Caramel, and Base Caramel. A seasonal flavour is released alongside them for each gifting occasion through the year.
ORDERING AND GIFTING
Every gift format is composed as an equal three-flavour assortment — the same number of each. A Pardi ×9 contains three Coffee Caramel, three Yuzu Miso Caramel, and three Base Caramel. Individual flavour selection is not offered.
Pardi ×3 ¥1,900
Pardi ×6 ¥3,800
Pardi ×9 ¥5,700
Pardi ×1 and Pardi ×2 are available at the counter and at pop-ups, not online.
The Pardi ×9 is built on 三三九度 — three of each, three times over. It is the format we recommend when the gift carries weight.
THE BOUTIQUE
Not yet. Maison Pardi currently operates from a production kitchen in Tokyo and sells online. The first boutique opens in Tokyo in early 2027.
Yes. Corporate orders start at ¥50,000. Seasonal gifting — Oseibo in particular — is arranged ahead of the season, and we recommend making contact early. Write to us and we will come back to you directly.
