A stroopwafel is a Dutch confection, dating to around 1784. A thin round of dough is pressed on a hot iron, split through the middle while still warm, filled with caramel, and closed. The grid pattern on the surface comes from the press.

One dough, three caramels. The dough stays constant — the flavour lives in the caramel. Every stroopwafel is pressed in our Tokyo kitchen. The technique is Dutch; most of our ingredients come from Japan.

Three flavours are available year-round: Coffee Caramel, Miso Yuzu Caramel, and Sea Salt and Cinnamon Caramel. Limited-edition flavours appear for seasonal occasions through the year.

All our stroopwafels contain wheat, egg, dairy, and soy. No nuts are used as ingredients. The vanilla extract is made with vodka, so they contain a small amount of alcohol. The full ingredient list is on each product page. Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. The box of six (Pardi ×6) holds one flavour: choose Coffee Caramel, Miso Yuzu Caramel, or Sea Salt and Cinnamon Caramel. The box of nine (Pardi ×9) holds all three, three of each.

Pardi ×1 and Pardi ×2 are not sold online. They are planned for the Tokyo flagship, due to open in early 2027.

Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address. We do not include anything showing the price.

Not for online orders at present. Noshi is available for corporate orders; please ask through our corporate gifting page.

Shipping is ¥950 per order within Japan, tax included, and free on orders of ¥7,600 or more. We dispatch within 5 business days of confirming your order; business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We email a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Delivery is usually one to two days after dispatch; Okinawa and remote islands may take longer. We deliver within Japan only, and cannot accept a specific delivery date or time at present.

We dispatch within 5 business days of confirming your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). We cannot accept a delivery date, so we suggest ordering about two weeks before you would like your gift to arrive.

By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Convenience-store payment is not available at present.

Yes. Once your order is paid, a receipt button appears on the order confirmation page and on your order page, which you can open from “View your order” in the confirmation email. The receipt is issued in Japanese and can be opened once per order. For a reissue, email info@maisonpardi.com with your order number.

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, including unopened boxes. If your order arrives damaged, soiled, incorrect, or with a quality problem, write to info@maisonpardi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, whichever you prefer. You can cancel an order before it is dispatched; once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Not yet. Maison Pardi works from a kitchen in Tokyo and sells online. Our flagship is planned to open in Tokyo in early 2027.

Yes. Corporate orders start at ¥50,000, tax included. Seasonal gifting — Oseibo in particular — is arranged ahead of the season, so please contact us early through our corporate gifting page.

Cercle Pardi is our free membership. A first order makes you Cercle Début. A second order within 90 days of the first, or a third at any time, brings you into Cercle — permanently. Members at the Cercle stage or above can usually buy new releases 48 hours before general sale, under the Cercle Pardi terms.

Two further stages are planned to begin with the Tokyo flagship in 2027: Cercle Privé, from ¥40,000 in cumulative purchases (tax and shipping included), and Cercle Intime, by the founder's invitation and limited to 50 members a year. There are no points to collect.
