Each waffle is handmade — pressed thin, split while still hot, filled with warm caramel, and closed. A small thing, made with care.

Sacha Pardovitch grew up in Amsterdam and founded the house in Tokyo. The technique is Dutch; most of our ingredients come from Japan. Between the two cities, the stroopwafel is remade.

The house membership begins with your first order, and it is free. No points to collect. From the Cercle stage, members can usually buy new releases before general sale.
