Six Coffee Caramel stroopwafels (Pardi ×6)

A stroopwafel is a Dutch sweet: two thin waffle layers with caramel between them. All three of our flavours share one dough; the difference is in the caramel. Each caramel starts with our own vanilla extract, made from whole vanilla beans we split and steep.

Dark roast coffee folded into warm caramel, with a trace of nutmeg. The coffee’s bitterness balances the sweetness and stays to the last bite.

Rest one on a hot cup for a minute and the caramel inside softens. It goes well with strong coffee or milk tea.
