Payment timing

Returns and exchanges (return policy under the Act)
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind — including unopened boxes.

Damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, soiled, incorrect, or with a quality defect, email info@maisonpardi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, whichever you prefer. If we ask you to send the item back, we pay the return shipping.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel before dispatch. Email info@maisonpardi.com as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
